Impressions: Pokemon Legends Z-A

What do you guys think of Pokemon Legends Z-A. I would say the first core series game having an e10 rating would usher in the new beginning for the Pokemon franchise.

as appealing as the game seems, I'm quite more interested in what carries over into gen 10.
sword and shield had the wild area, and the two dlc areas became open world too. legends arceus took that and made four miniature open worlds. scarlet and violet were full open world.
scarlet and violet also has very dense interaction-heavy dungeon areas (alfornada cavern, area zero, oni mountain, etc.). Legends ZA looks like an outright 0451 game or immersive sim (think dishonored, especially hitman due to the third person, or thief if you're real old)

I am not overly impressed with what I have seen so far. I didn't like XY or its story, so a continuation of that doesn't particularly appeal. I did like the visual design of Kalos' routes and towns, but you are stuck in one city for this game, so that part of it is irrelevant.
I am not overly keen on the real-time gameplay. As with so many modern RPGs, it looks to be trying to please two masters of turn based and real time combat, but satisfies neither. Perhaps I would feel differently if I played it, but right now what I have been shown doesn't work for me.
I also hate the fact that they have isolated Pokémon caught in or transferred to the game from being transferred to other games.

I like the new real time battle gameplay. So, I'm in.
