Penalty system bugged

In Pokemon Unite with the newest patch the penalty system is bugged. I was playing Comfey að I like doing and in one of my matches I was attatched to Blastoise the entire game, he did not die once and overall I took 521 damage. I had 19 assists, 5 KOs and scored 121 points.

I got a penalty after the match for extended idling and lost 10 points in fair play points and got no rewards for the match. Happened again the next game which lasted about 5 minutes until we surrendered the match, apparently then I was idle for a short time.

Your support staff didn't even bother looking at the matches and you are thus punishing players for no reason.
