Stop putting low-skill players with high-skill players

It makes NO sense for ranked matches to be made the way they are. I have over 11k games played and I’m in Masters 1400. WHY ON EARTH would you put players with 200 games played on my team???????? I dont care if I have to wait for longer teammaking. This is absurd. This is why the quality of ranked matches are bad, dissatisfying, and actively miserable. 4 years and yall still dont listen to your player base. You should all be fired. If I were this bad at my job I would be let go.
