    It can be found and caught like a normal Pokémon, and there's infinite of it like a normal Pokémon. Its stats are also not legendary or mythical level.

    It sounds like it should at least be pseudo legend by the dex!!!

    Yeah, I agree. It has one of those cool connections with events (I'm just calling it that) like a lot of legendaries have.

    I don't think it needs to be a legendary. I don't even think it looks like one
