Why doesn’t Goh use better Pokéballs?

Like he always use the wrong balls by only sticking with normal balls?

That is the reason why he wasn’t able to catch Zapdos and other things.

  I'm guessing it's because normal Pokéballs are more recognisable.

  I only use Poké Balls to catch my team members.
