What is the current meta/strategy after the new black/white set release?

I dipped out of playing the tcg after the san antoion regionals in 2024 and coming back into it now. with the new trainer and team rocket set, i can imagine the meta has changed a little bit. As it stands today, what is the current meta and strategy in mid july 2025 after the black and white set release? I wasn't able to find a complete list of the new sets, what are the current chase cards?

Genesect ex and jellicent ex

Gardevoir ex is VERY popular, paired with Munkidori.
Jellicent ex will most likely be used as well, in place of cards like Budew.
