VGC Consideration of changes in format after witnessing Z-A
Given of the potential that the Pokemon Legends Z-A would drastically change the VGC format, there would be a strong possibility that the Pokemon Company and VGC would change the format in competitive gameplay from turn based battles to full-fledge real time battles starting with what Z-A presented.

Being as la didn’t have pvp, swapped to the normal for the next mainline game, and also had a unique combat system this might be the same and just a legends game thing.

Don't count on it as things will change once Legends ZA will roll out the new battle gameplay.

I beg to differ. They got away with mass outbreaks from legends Arceus, There's a good chance they'll do it again with the new battle in Legends Z-A.

But they got away with camera function being more manual for wild battles so they'll get away making the gameplay flow seamless, especially when it comes to competitive gameplay for trainer battles.
