Which Pokémon is more powerful? Arceus or Mewtwo?

I have seen Arceus as the god Pokémon and has well balanced stats while Mewtwo's designed to be the most powerful Pokémon in anime and games.

But who is more powerful? Arceus or Mewtwo?

Canonically its arceus but if we are not counting held items it's still arceus, mewtwo kinda stinks unless you are mega evolving it. not counting let's go. arceus can just use a ghost plate since mewtwo is using a held item

but we all know brocks crogunk is way too strong for those too.

I also have another explanation. All of Arceus base stats are 120. And even though Mewtwo's attack stat is 110, It's spk stat is 150

Mewtwo is specifically genetically made to be strong. Arceus was probably given limits to its strength

I think Mewtwo has the upper hand, so long as Arceus isn't holding a plate that changes it to a type that'd super effective against it. It could still mega evolve to give it better type coverage though...
