Haunter or Aerodactyl. (both gen 1 sry) Haunter literally has the same special attack stat as Raikou. RAIKOU.
Aerodactyl looks cool. I like jurassic park so i'm probably bias.

Scovillian because at first before the sv dlc people were like “whoa a grass fire type?” But now we have ogrepon (hearthflame) and it’s just forgotten

the perfect Pokemon is Metapod. Did you know that when there is something flying your way that may hurt you, you can set up Metapod and it will Harden? Harden is the best move in many different situations. Ever having a situationship where someone is brutally mascarading hurtful words? Well set up a Metapod and it will Harden. Not just in violent situations but when the rain starts coming down in Aqua Jets you can set up a Metapod and it will Harden. Just right above your head, hold it up, and enjoy the comfort of travelling safely.
There are even better ways I am sure. But why spoil the fun. Take your Metapod on your adventure. Did you know it even evolves at level 10? Wow, the perfect Pokemon.

Psyduck for me. Misty berated hers(justifiably at times) but it gained notoriety in Gen 3 by being the one Pokémon that could neuter/counter Weather effectively. Since then other Pokémon have gained the ability and hence Psyduck gets forgotten. So in games like BDSP, Psyduck is actually a pretty good Pokémon to get since in the postgame, Gym Leaders(Volkner) and Elite Four(Flint) are prone to using Weather against you.
