Free to Play/Non Spender Account Recovery Time

I was wondering if there is anyone who has not spent any money on the game lost their account. If so, did you manage to recovery it and how long did it take?
I lost my account close to 2 months ago when I deleted the game trying to fix a login issue. When I attempted to login after reinstalling the app with my email it didn't work. I put in a recovery ticket with support immediately after I realised. I provided all the information they asked for but have not received a concrete response since. They've listed factors such as long waitlist of requests and priority based on request received which is completely understandable. They've mentioned the need to 'escalate this matter for further review' so was wondering if anyone is in a similar situation.
Has filed a request around the same time I have or needed to wait for almost 2 months for an account recovery and had success getting their account back. From what I've seen if you have receipts/spent money for proof of purchase the process takes about 2 weeks. Are these prioritised or is this a seperate waitlist to if you haven't spent money? Is there any chance I could my account back?

I am in the same boat as you. I have been about 1 month and get the same replies as you do - priority, high volume etc. I am free to play, but i did do the 2 week trial of the pokepass or whatever it is. So i was able to give them that info. I have read that others who made purchases got the account back in a couple of weeks, so maybe us FTP get bumped whenever a paying player loses. Good luck on getting your account back. Let me know when you do, so I know how long i may have to wait :)
