Incredibly Unfair Heatmor Bug

The Heatmor card from the Fusion Strike set has a bug where the secondary ability of Exciting Flame does not function properly, and instead of requiring 3 energy in addition to the attack cost of Exciting Flame, 6 energy in total, it activates anyway without the required energy, dealing 180 damage to a benched pokemon for half the energy cost as normal, please fix this bug!!
