Expanded deck

Does anyone know how to build an expanded deck in this new game because i cant figure it out and it drives me nuts 😅

In the main menu click DECKS, after that you will see on the top left corner a button to switch between Standard/Expanded you select Expanded then just click Create a Deck and select Create a deck for the expanded format or Import.
On the deck builder just drag and drop the cards to the deck area.
