in-game chat system
when will there be chat system in ptcgl? in ptcgo, chat system really help us to communicate with other player, discussion or even strategize new deck. please bring the chat system back.

When playing from friends list yes chat would be great. But in ladder and casual better not... for obvious reasons (outcome agreements).

I agree with @DoubleCure. The ranked ladder shouldn't have a chat, an option to chat with friends would be great. I can also imagine pre-set "emote" options that instead of just a thumbs up or down, we get "gg" or "well played" text presets.
I just want to help improve the game.

It's unfortunate they seem to be taking a hard line on never including an in game chat, if the FAQ is anything to go by.
Seeing they are clearly fine with this forum, I'm betting they think they have a better legal position if underage players have to go out of their way and at least claim they have parental consent before getting anywhere Pokemon is responsible for players behavior.
