Will reporting bugs or criticizing the game get you banned from the forum?

I saw someone in the group get banned for complaining and reporting bugs. Doesn't everyone want Pokémon TCG Live to improve? I find it hard to understand this behavior—if you can't solve the problem, just silence those who point it out.

Absolutely not. They wont ban you for bugs and suggestions.

for bugs they redirect you to support.pokemon.com. And they thank you for letting them know and responded quickly.

They people who got banned probably posted an exploit or something NSFW.

lol the forum literally has a bug report/feedback section... why would anyone be banned for doing what that forum section is for... nonesence.

And you can obviously criticize the game, there is plenty of criticism here about TCG Live. But you shouldn't use abusive/offensive language... that could eventually get you banned.

The friends in the group said they reported a bug about copying data from third-party servers. This bug indeed exists, but then they got banned from the forum. Why isn't the development team fixing this bug? It's clearly a very serious bug.

The problem is, reporting a bug basically means exposing it publicly. Getting banned just for reporting it feels a bit unfair—shouldn’t fixing the bug be the top priority?

No, in most cases it's interpreted as "This is causing me to win or lose the game unfairly. Please fix"
