Thinking about this question, I realised I don't dislike any of the Eeveelutions. They all have pretty appealing designs.

If I had to pick one I like the least, I would probably say Flareon. I don't have any particular reason to dislike it; it is simply less distinct than the other options. It looks like a slightly fluffier Eevee with darker fur. Which isn't bad, just not that interesting.

I almost said Leafeon, but I generally like grass Pokémon and most of Leafeon's design. However its eyes are so creepy when you really look at them.

Vaporeon I would say is one of the better designs. Yes, its fanbase is a little too... enthusiastic, but that is not the designers' nor the Pokémon's fault. You can't let the fanbase of a franchise or character ruin it for you. These days that essentially makes it impossible to like anything.

Eevee

I was going to say Flareon but Eevee's design looks a little weird. Flareon looks fluffy and cute. Eevee? I don't know. It just looks like an Eevee.
