I've one-shotted Dynamax pokémon with non-gimmicked pokémon. Dynamax is just you have to know where to hit them. Just use a good Rockslide on Leon's Charizard and he is out for the count. Slightly embarrassing for Leon ha ha.

That's a 4X weakness exploitation, and Charizard is just not really good of a Pokemon, especially defensively; coupled with the fact that it wasn't EV trained at all and how it's not really that hard to out speed or tank a hit from Charizard, this was the exception, not the rule.

Fair. But I was just giving one example. I didn't even use a rock-type Pokémon for Rock Slide, and I didn't even know what EVs were at the time that was during my second battle with Leon. But honestly, just saying, if you land a super-effective attack on a dynamax, they're not that bad.
