A code redeem problem

Hey, I just got here, and I have a lot of code cards for live, but all of them have more than ten characters. I can't redeem any of them because it only allows 10 characters. If there is anybody who can help, I'll reply as soon as possible. Thank you!

    Thats weird, did you include the dashes(-)

    If so that may be the problem
