My (not so quick) introduction

I am a teenage male who was raised in a military family. I've lived in three states, two countries, and five towns/cities. I am a Catholic and one of the more involved people in my local parishes. I am an usher in my current parish, but I started in my last parish in 2023. I've been interested in Pokémon since October of 2015, but only started playing on a near competitive level since Silver Tempest for the TCG, and Reg E for VGC. My best tournament placement was on March 6th, where I made Top 8 with the EUIC winning deck, my best placement with my own deck was a month earlier with Lugia VSTAR. I have been homeschooled my entire life and am on a forum website exclusive to its students known as Catholic Harbor. In CH, I am currently a house leader.

I joined the forums in 2022, around when PTCGL entered global beta and well before the forums were as active. And if you're wondering how to get my icon, you can't anymore, as the Unite icons were removed when the Kanto icons were added.

My favorite deck of all time is Lugia VSTAR

My favorite region is Unova, but my favorite Pokédex is Sinnoh

I am currently making a fan-made region based on the Midwest (so if you've lived there, please help)

One random fact about me is that I've survived two tornadoes in my backyard (it was a large yard).
