Did Pokemon defraud us?
We all heard about those stolen vmax's that weren't in the fusion strike and evolving skies packs we all bought.
We're we all defrauded by Pokemon? They stated these packs have certain pull rate and that wasn't true. Those stolen cards weren't in A LOT of the packs we all bought.
I'm just wondering if we're due compensation. We've all spent a lot of money on those packs expecting certain pull rates.

I don't think so as the product was bought as a gamble on pull rates anywhere. I think it would be different if pokemon stated there pull rates on the packs like other card games. But will be interested to see if there is any official statement made by the company.

@ techhog , I have been reading a bunch of your comments and I wonder why your such a schill for this update. Fact is that fans and players collected and strategized with cards they collected for years and now they are useless. And the aditude I get from your posts is suc it up. This atrocity of a game is defrauding you! And my evidence is that packs only have 6 cards now even on redeems.
