Battle pass problem and can we redeem codes?

I cannot redeem my asr codes when can I? or it's just a bug from my end? and battle pass has a problem: I got the deck, new cards I got, old cards didn't give me duplicates or extra credits, [Edited by Mod_Ice: Please keep language friendly for all age groups] huhuhu

Edit to clarify: I lost out on like 2k credits, and pretty sure I used age-friendly language, but ehh.
