Ranked Ladder.

Please explain to me why, when I queue a "Ranked" match at 860 point (Great Ball Tier) I am paired against players that are at 2,000+ point ranked (Master Ball Tier)? That seems highly off balance and badly designed.

Please also explain to me why every match is -20 rating for loss and +20 rating for win. This makes it seem like the difference in player's rating has absolutely nothing to do with anything and is simply an arbitrary number.

If you, as a lower ranked player, beat a higher ranked player, it would be much more rewarding to get additional points. Additionally, losing as the lower ranked player shouldn't be as detrimental.

This is not a ranked ladder. The ranks mean nothing.

    Absolutely right...

The matching mechanism looks like it's just random or maybe not enough people playing.

The win/lose points makes no sense, seems made by lazy people. At minimum use some math and logic, players are not all at the same level.

The reward tiers are too far from each other and do not feel that rewarding at all. Each tier should have a reward or the current tiers should have much better stuff.
