Define "everything."

If you mean decks, those don't transfer.

If you mean unopened packs, those also don't transfer but you get compensatory crystals.

If you mean you're missing arts/rarities of certain cards, click on the regular art and then the gray button underneath.

If you mean cards older than Sun and Moon, those currently aren't playable, but you can still view them by setting your filter to show all cards (not just Expanded).
