please fix wonderpick exploits
Hi, this is just to raise the issue of prevailing rerolling bot exploit and to a smaller number but persisting code alteration hack that some players that been using to gain easy access to Godpack wonderpick.
It is discouraging a lot of us who genuinely pays and support this game with our hard earned money, knowing that Dena doesnt take action on these exploits.

Yes this exploit has been around since the beginning, now it's harder to exploit it, but there are still a couple of ways to do it and not a single player was punished by doing it... it's disappointing that they still allow this to happen.

I strongly agree, nothing pushes the consumer base faster than a game riddled with exploit.
Each time i am tempted to purchase some pokegold to rip packs, i am reminded of how others are easily exploit the system to get 2 stars easily and goes unpunished.
Just demotivates me to support this game monetarily.
Exploiters are literally using this to sell their services rampantly on social media because they know they can get away with it.

This. I have spent money on the game, but honestly after they claimed to have fixed it and after it turned out they absolutely didn't, I'm thinking thrice about spending money again. I mean, what for? I can just reroll an alt account until I get a god pack and the cards I need, and then eventually also trade stuff from that.

read the TOU, specifically - Article 17: Prohibited Actions.
The creation of multiple accounts to “re-roll” is in no way in violation of any TOU. The closest it might get is A17(4): “Buying or Selling contents or data on the service, with real money[…]”. But even then, people are doing that on other services so thats still not a violation.
You, me, or anyone else may not like it, but by their own rules and terms, they can’t and wont do anything about this unless they make an amendment to the TOU, which is unlikely cause thats a lot of legal overhead.
