Pokémon TCG Live Maintenance & Hotfix - 03.03.22

Hi Trainers!

The recent downtime for Pokémon TCG Live was to push through a couple of hotfixes to address concerns and feedback provided by you. We appreciate all the information coming our way from our community and hope to continue to improve upon your experience.

Issues & Fixes:

When using the code redemption feature, players would sometimes receive no items or partial items to be added to their inventory. (please note web-based code redemption is still unavailable at this time)

  • Fix added where players should now receive the correct number of cards or items to be added.

Matchmaking and friends lists were unable to be utilized for some, making it impossible to find any games or interact with others.

  • Fix added where players should now be able to matchmake and interact with friends list normally.

For those of you who were affected by the issue with code redemption and did not receive all their items, please know we are looking to address this soon. We appreciate your patience.

    Just added some codes and received nothing on my account. Restarted the app and nothing changed. Reinstalled app and still nothing added.



    Added another 10 just now, only received the 3 booster packs, none of the other codes worked.

    For this would you mind leaving your Username as well as what codes you were trying to redeem? It'll help the team when looking into this and why it may have happened.


    For this error are you able to confirm for me that you're accessing the game through Canada? If you are, please submit a support ticket with the name of your service provider so it can be properly looked into.

    Very happy to see this kind of communication ! And also that you're listening to the community feedback! The game has a lot of potential even if it's far from finished.

    Please please please rework the bench Pokémon at least on pc I want to see the whole card on both benches it’s so ugly and annoying you have so much empty room I’m sure it could be done
