Should I transfer shiny galarian birds from Go to Home?

I have a shiny galarian zapdos and moltres on Pokémon Go. Recently I've considered leaving the game and as such wish to use the galarian shinies in the mainline games. However, from what i have read, sending them to a mainline game would make it lose a stamp which guarantees its legitimacy. I don't want to keep them locked to a box after putting in effort to get them. Any suggestions or helpful information would be appreciated! The birds are still in Go for the time being.

Actually catching the birds' Galarian forms in Pokémon GO is really rare, they have a low chance to spawn ONLY with daily adventure incense and have a high chance of fleeing, but shiny Pokémon in PoGo are actually made to have a really low chance of fleeing and can be easy to catch (but it may take a while with the birds).

So I'm kind of stumped on this one. Since you won't be playing PoGo anymore, maybe take all your rarer Pokémon into Home so you don't get rid of some treasures.

You can! You can't take things from Home to GO, though.
