A little amendment I'd like to make is that there is a Weezing [GA] variant of Darkrai + Weavile too.
There's a nifty little trick you can do where you put your energy on benched Darkrai, then move it to Weezing or Magnezone in the active spot to attack.

A second amendment: Sudowoodo fits real nicely into the Primape & Marshadow deck to turn into a real nice anti-meta deck.

A Third Amendment.
I just got my second Arceus EX and I've been tinkering with it. I've narrowed the best deck around it (That I could brew) down to Arceus EX + Dialga EX + Shaymin [STS]
Between Arceus and Dialga, you got all the muscle you need. I was trying third-legs like Yanmega EX and Magnezone and they just about never became relevant. Because of that, Shaymin slots in well because it does a thing on the bench (Heals your whole lineup) while being a third pokemon to fully power Arceus' attack.
You'll need X-Speed and Leaf because half of games will open with no Dialga and you want to lead with that.
