Didnt recieve the miraidon ex deck from basic game crashed as i opened the battle pass and i didnt realize till now it was missing

    The PCI team aready told me they are aware that some players could not claim the Tier 0 Battle Pass Miraidon ex and they are working on a solution for all the players afected soon.

    I believe that Pokemon wants each player affected to file a support ticket.

    I did talk with PCI support and they told me they are investigating a solution to compensate all the players affected by that issue as soon as possible. We have to be patiente they are working on it.
