Troubles with my account

Hey,

So, I have been using the Pokémon TCG Online app ever since 2015 and as a result, I have gathered quite a lot of cards on my account. Recently, I got the message that the “Online”-app would be replaced by the “Live”-app. I downloaded the new app and set over my account, however, it seems I have lost an extreme amount of data… for example, all cards from pre-gen 7 seem to have disappeared completely from my collection… I am quite saddened by this, as the TCG series brings back a lot of memories.

Has this happened to anyone else?? And how can I solve it??

    I'm hoping this gets answered soon. As I've lost a lot of decks too! Including decks I payed for by buying the RL ones abd I cannot redeem the codes either!

    You need to set the filter to show all cards to see the cards from before SM. The reason for this is that the BW and XY era cards have not been implemented yet. They're in the game, but not playable, so the current Expanded format in Live is SM-on. As a result, when you set the filter to show Expanded cards, you can't see cards older than Sun & Moon. This also means that your Expanded decks are not currently playable in Live. The cards are there though.

    Decklists don't save when migrating.


    If you're on iOS you have to redeem via the website. You also, of course, can't redeem codes that have already been redeemed on PTCGO.
