Pokemon Starters Prediction for Z-A
I doubt I will guess the exact starters, but I want to predict which generation will be in Z-A. I bet they will do a Galar starter. Possibly Scorbunny as Cinderace was pretty popular. Next for the water type could be Piplup. For the grass starter Bulbasaur. The gen 1 starters already appear so much so I don't think so. If they pick starters purposely that don't have megas so they get a mega evolution. Maybe Chikorita?

For me personally I'm sticking with the Johto, Unova, Alola trio like in legends arceus but the less predicted 3 which are chikorita, tepig, and popplio first and for most serperior and incineroar already have really good abilities that they really don't need the buff from mega evolution of an ability change. secondly these 3 lines probably need the relevancy so they can stopped being clowned on by others (especially cause i love chikorita's and popplio's design).

That's the layout I thought of one time but struggled on. First off, I just wanted to have a game where I could have Tepig as my starter since Snivy was my starter in White and Oshawott my starter in Arceus. Then we get to Chikorita and Popplio. I love them both. Popplio was also my starter in Moon but I have yet to play any of the G2 games, but if I did, I'd probably choose Chikorita as my starter since it's JUST THAT CUTE.

The most popular theory I've seen is Scorbunny, Piplup, and Snivy, due to the fact that Kalos is based off of France.

I think we can write off Gen 9(it will be a Gen 9 game so we don't need them), Gen 1(they were in XY last time and get way too much attention), Gen 3(ORAS gave them enough love) and Gen 7, 5 and 2 got love with Legends Arceus. That points to me that at least one will be from Gen 8(soccer is big in France but I get the point that it doesn't fit with Ancient France). My pick is Inteleon given that a certain French Leader(Catherine De Medici) used Female spies to great effect. Since Inteleon is "based" on James Bond(a spy), it points to that being one of them(hence Water/Dark for first starter). Next starter is definitely going to come from Generation 6. Which one that will be I'm not sure but if I had to pick it would be Fennekin or the Fire Starter. Magic or Miracles was a big thing in Ancient France(Jean of Arc anyone), hence I think this Fire starter will be the Fire option(Fire/Psychic). Finally, for the Grass pick, that pretty much leaves Gen 4 and Turtwig. Not sure if it meshes with Ancient France but maybe he will get a new typing because Grass/Ground is not exactly the best given the other two starters and their typings. Grass/Fighting has been done… and Grass/Bug is a horrible Type combination. Therefore, I think Grass/Fairy should be its final type composition and honestly, if that little Turtle had Fairy… I'll have a really, really hard decision to make.
