I’ve redeemed elite trainer box codes and ex boxes and I didn’t get the promo, does anyone know why this is?

At the deck builder use the filters to find the promo card you're looking for, after that select the card and then the "Available" drop-down below the card, if you scroll horizontally you will see all the rarities (including promos) of that exact card.
