Game bug or people just annoying?

Nine out of 10 matches I try in ranked mode ends up with opponent stalling out on the first or second turn. In the one that opponent actually plays, they have almost the best possible opening draws. Are people just taking the system and disconnecting if they have a bad starting draw or what is going on??? No penalties for losses in the lower ranks, so they do this on purpose?

Fun fact about TCG Live

RNG in this game is brutal…you will either draw nothing and have to stall forever or be able to win in turn 2. Also, ranked has no penalties for losses outside of getting no rank up

I know about the RNG. I meant stalling by disconnecting. Remaining player has wait it out (timer isn't consistent), concede, or close out the app themselves.
