My predictions for pokemon day 2025
Okay. I'll get basic things out of the way. And this is all my opinion.
I think a new pokemon in unite will be added. I could see ogrepon or a starter pokemon be added. For TCGP we might get some special event around battling or something along those lines. I don't play pokemon masters but there might be a new character like sada or turo. Idk. I don't play that game. But for legends za, there might/will be a first official look, starter reveal, and a new regional pokemon. My guesses are Hattena, floette, or crabrawler. Let me know what you think! 😄

The part with Pokémon Masters is probably going to be about the 5.5 Anniversary. We still don't know who the Sync Pairs for the 5.5 Anniversary will be, but I don't think Sada and Turo will be part of the 5.5 Anniversary since we just got BOTH Juliana and Florian, the SV protagonists, as Master Fairs (1% chance instead of 2%) with Koraidon and Miraidon.

My guesses are Hattena, floette, or crabrawler.
Regional Pokémon in Z-A will have to be ones from Generation 7-9, because it takes place in Kalos. That means there's a 0% chance the Flabébé line would get regional forms in a recreation of the game they debut in. Although if Hatenna gets a regional form, wouldn't Impidimp get one too?

I really, really hope we get Eternal Floette. There's no way that the only Eternal Floette that has ever existed is the one from XY's story.
If the game is set in the past, they could say that the flower Eternal Floette hold has gone exist in present Kalos.

Hisuian Sneasel exists. Sneasel is a gen 2 Pokémon and its evolution, Weavile, which in PLA can only be obtained in space-time rifts or through home due to Sneasler being the evolution of Hisuian Sneasel, is gen 4.
There's also many other Pokémon that were made before gen 4 that got regional forms, like Typhlosion, Qwilfish, Growlithe/Arcanine, and Voltorb/Electrode.
So we could get regional forms for older Pokémon and even Kalos Pokémon as long as it doesn't take place around the time XY happens (so only if it's past or future, not present).

Oh yeah—My mind wasn't thinking of that. Sometimes my brain just doesn't like thinking. I didn't consider that, but Arceus takes place in the past and I'm pretty sure Z-A is supposed to take place in the future.

We still don't know when Z-A takes place. Past and future are both likely, but there isn't really enough evidence to say which one it will be. Though, even if it takes place in the far future, some Pokémon could still develop new forms (especially ones that could only be obtained in XY through trade or transfer, AKA Pokémon that can't be found in present time (XY games) Kalos).

Most likely the future. It's said to be an urban redevelopment plan of Lumiose City and that the game will most likely take place in Lumiose only. This plan involves creating a place where humans and Pokémon can live together, like a natural habitat, kind of like the Terarium.
