Are these good cards for a deck?

I need a new deck, and this is what I have so far, is it any good?

2X Porygon (151)

1X Kabuto

1X Kabutops

(The idea is that Porygon uses Conversion 4 to change the weakness of the defending Pokémon and Kabutops uses the Ancient Way ability to apply weakness as 4X instead of 2X)

3X Mankey

1X Primape

2X Annihilape (Surging Sparks)

4X Timber (Twilight Masquerade)

2X Gurrder

3X Conkledurr

Trainers:

2X Lana's Aid

2X earthen vessel

3X Bosses orders

4X Switch

1X cook

2X Rescue board

2X Professor's research

2X Buddy-Buddy Poffin


I need more, but I was wondering if I should build off of this rough sketch

    I like the concept, but there's just one problem: Conversion 4 wears off if the opponent were to switch or retreat. And thanks to options like Rescue Board and other Trainer cards, Latias ex, and Pecharunt ex (in Darkness decks), the cost of moving in and out of the Active Spot is not too difficult to pull off.
