Best Starter ex Battle Deck

So, I'm looking to start actually playing the TCG instead of just collecting it. I want to do this by first buying an ex Battle Deck as they seem a lot easier to understand as a beginner than an ex Deluxe Battle Deck, Build & Battle Box, or ex League Battle Deck. I also want something that will be usable post-rotation, where F marked cards will no longer be legal. Which of the ex Battle Decks would you all recommend? One of my friends had the Tinkaton ex Battle Deck and I played against him using it, and the Tinkaton ex card seemed pretty overpowered. But yeah, which deck do you all think is the best and which would you recommend?

    I got the Chein Pao ex battle deck and would recommend it because as you get better at the game, it is easy to upgrade into a play level two or even level three deck. Overall, it is an excellent deck and features some good cards, I like the Chein Pao ex battle deck, because it produces a challenge to other players even for a play level one deck. All of the cards are regulation mark G which should remain legal for a while.
