    That seems unlikely.

The current version has many bugs.So much so that this forum is all about bugs.

At the same time, there are many loopholes in the economic system, leading to some packs can be issued a large number of dust.

ss7.5 has destroyed the current economic system.

Rewards can be repeated due to some bugs.

We want game to get better, but it seems to be getting worse.

Live's full release isn't happening with Astral Radiance. That's already confirmed by the fact that PTCGO isn't shutting down yet. So, it's still in beta until at least August. At the current rate of progress, I'm expecting a delay to February 2023 alongside the release of Scarlet and Violet base set.

@TechHog can't argue with that logic, but I seriously hope that they offer the option to go back to PTCGO if they're delaying it that far. I've gone from playing PTCGO daily for a year and a half to opening Live maybe once a week. With no roadmap, I have little motivation to play.

ss7.5 has destroyed the current economic system.

@Bornin985 you seriously complaining about having an easy way of collecting credits, considering the current state of other ways to collect them? There's no trading here, so there's no economy to ruin. Only the physical codes' value, and even that can be countered by just making crystals more abundant eventually (or plain purchasable) should TPCi be interested in leveling the play field for those not buying them from 3rd parties.

That aside, I also agree with TechHog in that the current state isn't great. The dead time once done with the Battle Pass is a major problem... something needs to be added for that, otherwise the interest to even login declines very quickly (I've been playing several matches dailt pretty consistently up to that point, but after finishing it I've barely managed to remember to do the daily missions - missing a few already, not that much incentive tbh specially with bugs pending to be fixed since a month ago)

@Tgurneu It's actually really sad, because they way that they set up currency is actually really, really good. It's just that there aren't enough crystals. If we could get enough crystals for even a pack a day like other TCG apps, this would be an extremely user-friendly economy which keeps F2P players happy while still giving strong incentive to spend money on packs and use it as a companion app. They ideal would be something like someone who uses it the app at the bare minimum can earn ~ 3000 crystals per month, while people who grind are rewarded with 6000-8000 crystals per month. Then everyone will feel like they're getting a decent value out of their playtime. Adding events back to the game to earn crystals would be even better.

@Tgurneu It's a flaw in the numerical design that makes ss7.5 about ten times more profitable than a typical card pack.  Such a numerical design is clearly unusual and is not officially considered.

This is just to point out that PTCG Live is not going to launch any time soon.

@Bornin985 That made no sense at all. You're just speaking nonsense. Besides, they knew from the start what would happen. That's the reason why there's a 400 code limit and why most of the Celebrations holos we're downgraded to regular rares. It's not not going to be "fixed" because it's not broken. I don't know why you want to make getting cards harder for everyone.

@TechHog I don't want to make it hard to get cards. I just wanted to say that the current numerical design is flawed and that the Pokemon team needs to make more changes to the game.  Therefore, the game will not be available anytime soon.

The game should narrow the revenue gap between different card packs and increase the revenue of regular card packs.

@TechHog This is exactly what makes card acquisition difficult. Only five cards in one pack and coins can't buy card packs.

@Bornin985 Okay, but what does that have to do with Celebrations?

And we don't need coins to be able to buy packs; we just need more ways to get crystals. We need a log-in bonus, more daily challenges, more crystals in the Battle Pass, and the ability to earn crystals from playing the ladder.
