Celebrations Gold Star Pokemon Collection Bug

Celebrations Gold Star Pokemon are bugged. They are supposed to be limited to 1 per collection, and my extra copies before migrating got changed from x4 copies to x1 copies after migration. However, when I then go redeem codes (Celebrations or Promo Codes), I get additional copies instead of credits for duplicates. You can temporarily go beyond 4 copies and add 4 copies to deck like so:
