Gameplay draw rates
I've noticed how odd the first hand draws can be, several examples :
- i have a deck with two energy types where i get a hand with pokemons and energy that simply don't match even when that/those particular energy/pokemons are rare in my deck.
- i somehow draw nothing but evolution pokemon despite having more trainer cards and an equal or higher amount of basic (EX/V) pokemon in my deck.
- i somehow draw 4 whopping energy cards one evolution pokemon, a trainer card (generally a useless support card at the time like Roxanne) and just one basic pokemon i can't evolve, despite having more pokemon/trainer cards in my deck.
- i somehow draw 2 or three of the same card which generally is either a energy or a item card.
- my opponent somehow always has Arven/Iono by their second and third turn, i can't stress how many times those cards are drawn, and also very early especially in a 60 cards deck.
- i or my opponent somehow draw(s) a rare candy a charmander and charizard ex with the ability infernal reign, (happens more often than you think)
- i or my opponent somehow draw(s) two eevee ex with four energy cards and at least three different types of energy, a eeveelution a crispin and a sparkling crystal.
statistically the above is just so odd, take nr 1, i've had this happen consecutively with the same deck drawing the wrong types of energy for the pokemon drawn despite having more of a certain energy, the game setting me up in the same way next match giving me different pokemon and the opposite energy cards from last time.
nr 2 should never be statistically possible, yet have had it happen so many times, the math on it don't math, 20 pokemons in a 60 deck, lets say 5 basic that can evolve 5 stage 1 and 10 basic pokemon that can't evolve, how do you draw three stage 1 pokemon as a beginning hand? thats a 3/60 chance shouldnt you statistically 15/60 draw at least one basic since thats a quarter of your deck?
nr 3 depends on how you build yur deck, sure, but i always try to make sure i have more pokemon and trainer cards than energy cards, something like 20P - 25T - 15E.
nr 4 is just weird, how does one draw the same card so often?, and always the same cards, its either energy/rare candy/capturing aroma, like your deck doesn't contan any other cards, i rarely draw a stadium card if ever.
nr 5 i always expect those cards second and third turn now…
nr 6 and 7 are just two examples where full combos are drawn to a point where a win feels given by the game.
i find it statistically suspicous to draw so many of the same cards/combinations, and rarly see other cards/combinations, i feel like individual cards have a specific draw rate, and that certain card combinations also have a seperate specific draw rate, hence why statistically the draws don't always make sense?
what do you guys think? or am i just paranoid?

I have been saying this. Always get others trying to question my deck an cards i have, but thats irrelevant. I agree with what you are saying. Most of the time, its like my trainer cards are buried in my deck. Ive had matches that im into the 6th or 7th turn an still no support cards.
And its like these meta decks always get the rare candy an evolve right away. All the time i get cards that are useless at the start of the match. Mainly boss orders an energy recovers, night stretcher! An its usually the cards i have 1 of in my deck that i start with.
I can always tell how my hands will be starting off. After playing for so long, i just notice this rotation it goes through when dealing the cards. Getting all energy, then all pokemon an then it comes back around an get some hands i can actually do something with.
Funny becuz i see the player im against deal with the samething an get nothing to work with. An lose right away.
