Koraidon Unrelenting Onslaught not Working

Hi all,
I think I found a glitch where Koraidon's (SSP 116) Unrelenting Onslaught attack cannot detect if another Ancient pokemon used an attack the previous turn. For example, I had my Roaring Moon Ex use Frenzied Gouging the turn prior, then get knocked out by my opponent, yet my Koraidon still only did 30 damage instead of 180.
