Cursed Blast on the last prize Card

I heard that you can't Use dusknoir's Cursed Blast when your opponent only has 1 prize card to take your last prize card because the dusknoir would be knocked out before the damage would resolve into a KO so your opponent would win, I'm not sure this is how it works and if it triggers a Tie breaker. I want to make sure and learn how this works exactly in a tournament setting like a League challenge or cup

When your opponent and you both take the last Prize cards the winner is decided by counting who has more win conditions.

To simplify, in this situation you can view the game ending as a win conditions points check towards the victory, for example:

    • If you take your last prize, you get a win condition point
    • If your opponent decks out, you get a win condition point
    • If your opponent has no Pokemon in play, you get a win condition point

After someone gets a win condition point, the game ends and counts the number of each player win condition points. The one with the most points wins. Also, after attacking, the KOs are considered to have happened at the same time, there's no priority.

If both player have the same amount of win conditions the game ends in a tie, and you will have to play a Sudden Death match.

Yeah, I also think that it would be a tie.
