I think Umbreon is very weird-looking. That can’t just be me, right?

Admittedly, I don’t really judge my Pokémon based on stats. I’m mostly all about the visual design. And Umbreon to me looks very strange. Especially with how the ears are drawn, and the lack of mouth. Yet it’s the most popular Eeveelution to date, why? I can’t be the only one who thinks this.

    Honestly, its ears do look weird, but its design just looks super cool despite the weird parts.

    Maybe Umbreon is cool because it's weird? That's my best guess.

    I wouldn't call Umbreon the most popular Eevolution. Then again, I'm not up to date with polls and what not but I would think Sylveon has the other 7 crushed under its Fairy ribbons(and the fact Fairy is the most popular/strongest Typing right now is a coincidence). I mean it's Penny's ace and happens to be Serena's signature Pokémon.

    You're definitely not alone but that's also what makes Umbreon stand out. A lot of fans love the look.

    Umbreon isn't even the weirdest Eeveelution. Leafeon's eyes do it for me. I like the rest of the design, but those eyes haunt me.

    Umbreon DOES have a mouth according to a Pokémon episode (A Glaring Rivalry! in the Sun and Moon series) if you look up Gladion's Umbreon
