Change to concession

I think you should only be able to concede during your own turn. It takes a lot of the satisfaction out of winning when your opponent who is doomed knocks out one of your Pokemon only to not give you the chance to finish them off after they lose their turn.

    Either player should be able to concede at any time for any reason. Anything else will just lead to frustration.

    If your opponent concedes, the game is over and you have won. Take the win. Why force them to sit through a game they feel they have already lost?
