Add Pack Points for Drop Events

Please add a way for players that are actively trying to collect all the cards a more viable way to do so for promo events. I'm currently sitting at over 40 promo cards from the Blastoise drop event and I have yet to pull the Blastoise. I have 8 Snivy, 5 Volcarona, 11 Eevee and 17 Cinccino. And 0 Blastoise.
Adding a pack points system like what we have on booster packs can help guarantee collectors get these limited time cards.

To clasingla, an event drop should actually work! Trading might be able to get you the card, but the event should actually drop the card that it is advertising. I know someone else that has opened over 50 promo packs, and still have yet to get the Blastoise promo card. That is a huge problem, with or without trading! I have opened over 30 promo packs, and still have yet to get the Blastoise promo card. It is clearly a bug.

I don't think pack points make sense in the Blastoise event... it's a lottery like event, if they just gave pack points it would basically be the same as giving all the event promo cards away… one at time after each victory.
And the trading feature is expected to be released very soon… most likely next month. So you will eventually be able to trade for the cards you're missing anyway.

Trading is going to be limited and I'm pretty sure promos are going to be excluded, so that's probably out of the picture. I was finally able to get 2 Blastoise promos but it only was after 50+ attempts.
Adding pack points wouldn't be like "giving all the promos away, one after each victory" because then you would only be getting 5 cards. But even then, at least it would be guaranteed. In real life, if there are promo events, you have a 100% chance of getting the promo card if you're going to/participating in the event. I participated in this event every day and had to even drop some pokegold to do the event more times than you can without spending money in order to get one of the displayed promo cards.
That's a problem. That's a huge problem.
