I should tell you something…

Its kind of sad that you can't even play pokemon go or unite, like your parents sound crazy strict, but that doesnt mean you aren't a pokemon fan! The only console I have is a wii u, which can only get pokken tournament, and I dont even have that, so the only pokemon games Ive played are a few old games on emulator, so you aren't the only one. Just because you haven't played the games doesn't mean you aren't a pokemon fan.

I don't think I'd agree with that. A game's addiction level does not have to do with whether you play it inside or outside. You could make a good argument that Pokémon GO is better for you because it gets you to go outside, but you can still be addicted to playing it.
