Trading Promo Cards

Do you guys think that you'll be able to trade the promo cards that recently became unavailable when trading becomes available? I only started playing after the promo packs became unavailable, and it would really suck if I and other people who missed the packs miss out on some deck possibilities for good.

Hopefully we will be able to as I ended up with like 12 Mankeys and Clefairys and about 8 Pikachus and Butterfrees I would happily trade to those who missed out.

I started playing to late and missed the Lapras ex event. I hope if it's actually possible, if someone could trade Lapras ex for something else with me.

Hopefully trading will be as unrestricted as possible.

Trading has been removed from many trading card games' digital clients, including Pokémon's own. They are going with collectable card game (CCG) these days.

They want your only option to be buying packs. If everyone can trade to get the cards they want, they are less likely to buy packs.

I have a fair few duplicates of promos myself. Hopefully everything will be tradable, including promos. But over time I expect they will restrict the range of cards you can trade and the frequency you can do it.

I don't want to see completely free trading because I find the argument that people will just make like ten accounts pretty convincing.

I think the quality of games will decline if businesses are the majority of opponents

I did figure out for the promos you get a better chance of getting certain promo pokemon depending on what battle you do

So I did the beginner battle for the lapras event so I got a bunch of butterfree and pickachu

considering this is a casual game, the average player is most definitely not going to start creating 10s of accounts until they get the card they want to trade it to their main
