    no i mean that it can be played in the same way as iron hands. Sometimes put in decks to fill a deck up.

    Yes, maybe in some niche scenarios, but overall it's just so hard to fit in to anything because you need to play the basic, it requires three different types of energies, etc. If you're looking for a card that can one-shot anybody's pokemon, what you need is roaring moon, a much more capable and consistent pokemon. I realize that you don't play competitive so on the surface you might think this card is good, but trust me: it is not.
