What is it does it make celebi op or does it not care about celebi

It makes Celebi op. Like Chein-Pao in PTCGL, every energy you dispose of on Celebi will grant you a coin flip due to Serperior being on your bench. If you flip heads, you deal 50 damage for each one, which means you can attach two energy (theoretically) onto your Celebi, granting you two extra coin flips (except that Chein-Pao does not need coin flips and only disposes of 2 energy at a time).

Yes Serperior/CelebiEX seems likely to be quite good this week. We may see a shift toward some new fire decks in response.
