amount of energy for an attack

Does the attack multiply if i have more than 1 energy card on my Pokémon? For example, i do have Electrode (stage1) and I want to attack with it. One lightning energy card gives 60 damage. When i have 2 lightnings on it, does Electrode give 120 damage, and 3 do 180 and so on?

No, that Electrode doesn't, ever. Its "Lightning Ball" does only 60 damage and has no other effect.

The only times this will be true is if the attack says so, such as Mewtwo EX from the Black/White era of the TCG, whose attack read
[C][C] X Ball 20×
Does 20 damage times the amount of Energy attached to this Pokémon and the Defending Pokémon.

This also applies for the attacks that has:
This attack does x damage for each (…).
(x is the number of damage that is being multiplied.)
