No rewards for making it to Arceus League

Made it to Arceus league and didn't receive not one of the special art cards for ANY of the leagues I ranked. Should have gotten a few Dialga v special art and some supporter special art and 2 Eggxecutor ex special art! I received not a single copy of any of the cards! And yes I have sent a message to support and no they did not fix the issue

    Update. I checked and didn't get any of the battle pass rewards either. Account is deleted no point they won't get back to you

    Yesterday my Battle Pass progress bar didn't move after finnish the daily quests... not sure if this bug is related, but it's the 1st time I noticed it… anyone else had the same issue?

    I didn't notice because I don't receive ANY of the cards in the battle pass at all and support doesn't get back

    There's a little ball symbol in each of the league groupings, you click on them when you rank up and collect them that way
