Cost of certain store items doubled and purchase caps

So they took everyones coins and converted them to gems but also more than doubled certain store items (any battle deck with multiple ex) and put purchase limits on all items.

I know why they did it, just feels kind of shady.

I guess it was not worthwhile to put this change in the patch notes.

Yes, they made it look not so bad in the update notes, but there is a "little" more to it… and also the coins to crystal covertion ratio was 4:1, but guess what has a worst convertion ratio? lol yes look at the in game store… like I predicted weeks ago... now you understand their plan all along.

Do they think by not mentioning it players wouldn't notice their dishonest announcement? Just shameless…

What exactly has increased in price? Everything I was looking to buy is the same price as before and standard pack bundles haven't gone up.

This is why I don't like you. The "I told you so" types are super annoying, especially when it's not even about a point that anyone really argued against.

And before you say I did, here's the receipts:

So... Your argument is that the BP gives way less because of... cosmetics? That's a bit of a grasp imo. If people cared that much about cosmetics they wouldn't be making this change in the first place, and you wouldn't have coins left over. And you can still unlock tiers with Crystals... You're really exposing the fact…

This was the only time I mentioned cosmetics during our debate. It does suck, don't get me wrong, but out of all of the issues with this game and its changes this is close to the bottom. Also, you didn't predict that they'd make it this bad, don't lie.

Super disappointing update, everything is just significantly worse. Raises the barrier unnecessarily for those looking to test or try multiple decks.

All these changes makes me think that PTCG Live is being prepared for something like microtransactions but they have not told us yet which is rather peculiar.

Take a closer look... many store bundles, packs and decks have increased the price... take for example the Charizard ex League Battle Deck... was 600 crystals now it's 1250 crystals.

That one was actually great to get a lot of credits... yes was actually better than Celebrations trick, that was the one I used to exchange crystals for credits... now that it more than double the cost no longer worth to buy it... good thing that I got a lot of them before they inflate it.
