Well surging sparks change the meta that much?

I am currently playing a Raging Bolt Ogerpon deck and just got to Arceus league and was wondering if it would still be a good deck to play, new card recommendations or if anything has changed.

    It changed a bit yes, but Raging Bolt Ogerpon it's still a top deck. I would say definitely in the top 5 if not even higher.

    Some great new additions to the deck are: Latias ex, Tera Orb and Cyrano
